Ambassador of Turkmenistan meets Federal Minister for Petroleum of Pakistan

On 26 March 2024, Ambassador of Turkmenistan H.E. Atadjan Movlamov called on Federal Minister for Petroleum Dr. Musadik Malik.

During the meeting, the Ambassador conveyed felicitations to the minister on the assumption of office and wished him all success in his work to strengthen bilateral relations in the energy sector.

In his remarks, Minister Dr Musadik Malik highlighted that TAPI is a flagship project and Pakistan is committed to its completion and focusing on the project to overcome the shortage of gas in the country.

The two sides expressed readiness to continue cooperation on the implementation of the TAPI gas pipeline project.

At the end of the meeting, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan invited the Minister to participate in the International Forum to attract foreign investments in Turkmenistan’s energy sector to be held in Paris, France in April this year.
