Meeting with the Director General of the CARs and ECO Division Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan

On September 16, 2025, Ambassador of Turkmenistan A. Movlamov met with the newly appointed Director General of the CARs and ECO Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Hasan Ali Zaigam, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the meeting, the parties discussed topics aimed at further strengthening and expanding relations between Turkmenistan and Pakistan.

Particular attention was paid to the implementation of major joint projects – the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline and the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan (TAP) power transmission line. It was emphasized that the TAPI and TAP projects will contribute to regional prosperity and Pakistan's economic growth.
