Meeting in Turkmenistan Embassy with the delegation of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry

On November 8, 2023, a delegation led by the President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), Mr. Ahsan Zafar Bakhtavari visited the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Pakistan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the progress on the implementation of large energy projects – TAPI and TAP, and their impact on the economic development of the countries of the region.

To expand trade turnover between the countries, the expediency of organizing joint trade exhibitions and exchanging visits of delegations of representatives of the trade circles of the two countries was noted.

The Pakistani side invited the Turkmen side to visit the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry to discuss the ways to increase trade turnover between the two countries.
