President of Turkmenistan Congratulates Pakistan’s Leadership on International Day of Nowruz

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has extended heartfelt congratulations to the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on the occasion of International Day of Nowruz.
