Prospects for further development of Turkmen–Pakistani cooperation in higher education discussed in Islamabad

On November 4, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan Atadjan Movlamov held meeting with Chairman of Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission (HEC), Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar.

The meeting focused on prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation in higher education, particularly the teaching of Urdu in Turkmenistan, curriculum development and strengthening ties between higher education institutions of the two countries.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing cooperation in education, science, religious and cultural affairs, promoting academic exchanges and further strengthening the longstanding friendly relations between Turkmenistan and Pakistan.
