Ambassador-designate of Lebanon to Pakistan visits the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad

Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Lebanon to Pakistan, Abdulaziz Issa, paid a courtesy call on the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan, A. Movlamov.

During the meeting, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan extended his warm congratulations and best wishes to the Ambassador-designate of Lebanon on the commencement of his diplomatic mission in Pakistan. He also briefed his Lebanese counterpart on the activities of the Diplomatic Corps, including upcoming events and regular engagements with the Government authorities of Pakistan.

The two sides also discussed bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and Lebanon, highlighting the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

The Ambassador-designate of Lebanon expressed his sincere appreciation for the warm welcome and for being introduced to the activities and initiatives of the Diplomatic Corps.

Both sides agreed to remain in close contact and to further strengthen coordination and cooperation within the diplomatic community in Islamabad.
