The Embassy of Turkmenistan presents unique publications to institutions of Pakistan on the 30th Anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality
In early December 2025, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Pakistan organized a series of visits and meetings at leading cultural, educational, and scientific institutions of the country. The events aimed to promote Turkmenistan’s peace-loving foreign policy and its Permanent Neutrality, and were dedicated to the 34th Anniversary of Independence and the 30th Anniversary of Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan.
During these meetings, the Turkmen side presented the books “World Recognized Leader,” “Independence - Our Happiness,” and “Youth - Pillar of the Motherland,” authored by the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, to key Pakistani cultural and academic institutions — including the National Library of Pakistan, the National Book Foundation, the National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa), COMSATS University, and others.
In addition, the Embassy distributed special editions of Diplomatic Insight and Diplomatic Focus, published by the Embassy and dedicated to Turkmenistan’s foreign policy, its socio-economic and humanitarian achievements, major energy and infrastructure projects, as well as the country’s international initiatives aimed at fostering peace, security, and sustainable development.
Leaders and representatives of the Pakistani institutions expressed sincere gratitude to the Embassy of Turkmenistan, noting that this cultural and humanitarian gesture reflects the high level of brotherly relations between the two nations, rooted in shared historical and cultural ties and a common commitment to peace, development, and mutual understanding.
In the year marking the 34th Anniversary of Independence and the 30th Anniversary of Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan, this initiative became a vivid symbol of friendship and expanding partnership with Pakistan, demonstrating Turkmenistan’s readiness to share its cultural heritage and the mutual aspiration of both countries to further strengthen cooperation in education, science, culture, and intergovernmental relations.
