THE NEXT ISSUE OF THE JOURNAL "FOREIGN POLICY AND DIPLOMACY OF TURKMENISTAN" WAS PUBLISHED

The next issue of the quarterly, scientific-practical journal "Foreign Policy and Diplomacy of Turkmenistan" prepared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan has been published. 

The journal opens with the speech by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the International Forum "The Great Silk Road - Towards New Frontiers of Development". Also on the pages of the journal there is an article dedicated to one of the main events of 2018 - the solemn commissioning ceremony of the International Maritime Port in the city of Turkmenbashi on the 2nd of May 2018.

A special place in this issue occupies an article devoted to the state visit of the President of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan. Then, information is provided on top-level meetings held by the President of Turkmenistan with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mamnun Hussein and the Executive Head of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Abdullah Abdullah.

On the pages of the journal readers will be able to familiarize themselves with the Resolutions adopted by the UN General Assembly "Cooperation between the United Nations Organization and the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea" and "World Bicycle Day".

The interviews of the heads of international organizations in this issue are of particular interest. In addition, the journal contains articles on the chairmanship of Turkmenistan at the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea (IFAS) and the upcoming summit of the Heads of States of the Caspian littoral countries.

In addition, readers will be able to get acquainted with the articles devoted to the history of the Great Silk Road and the forthcoming International rally "Amul-Khazar 2018".

The column "The Chronicle of Diplomatic Life" provides an overview of meetings and negotiations at various levels, meetings of joint intergovernmental commissions, political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, as well as international meetings and conferences held in Ashgabat and in various countries.
