Ambassador of Turkmenistan and Chairman of Senate, Pakistan discuss parliamentary links

Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan, Atadjan Movlamov met with the Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani at the Parliament House in Islamabad on February 25.

During the meeting, the parties reviewed the current state and future prospects of Turkmen–Pakistani interparliamentary cooperation. They underscored their interest in further strengthening parliamentary dialogue and discussed the advancement of joint infrastructure and energy projects of mutual interest.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides expressed confidence that the consistent deepening of bilateral cooperation would contribute to enhanced regional stability and the further expansion of mutually beneficial ties between the peoples of Turkmenistan and Pakistan.
