Presentation of the book of the President of Turkmenistan "Magtymguly – the Sage of the World" in the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad

On February 27, 2025, a presentation of the new book of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov "Magtymguly – the Sage of the World" was held in the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad.

The event was organized by Embassy for the representatives of the Afghan Turkmen diaspora living in Pakistan.

The participants of the event were informed about the wide celebrations at the international level of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great son of the Turkmen people Magtymguly Fragi in 2024, called “The Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi”.

It was emphasized that on the eve of 2025 - the "International Year of Peace and Trust" and at the end of 2024 - “The Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi”, the esteemed President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov completed work on the book "Magtymguly – the Sage of the World", which became a wonderful and priceless gift for the citizens of Turkmenistan and turkmen diaspora abroad, as well as for a wide range of readers of Magtymguly Fragi.

The guests of the Embassy had the opportunity to get acquainted with the new work of the esteemed President of Turkmenistan. During the discussion that followed, the speakers noted the comprehensive disclosure in the work of the head of state of the significance of Magtymguly in the history of the Turkmen people, his works and contributions to world literature.

Particularly they emphasized the continuing relevance of the poet's creativity and wise thoughts for the popularization of universal values and the idea of global peace, which are reflected in the book.

At the end of the event, representatives of the Turkmen diaspora expressed gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for this remarkable literary work and wished him new achievements and success in all noble endeavors.

They also expressed words of thankfulness that the new book will contribute to a broad understanding of the creative heritage of the Turkmen poet for readers and researchers of Magtymguly Fragi.
